Bulbula IAIP is a special purpose vehicle (SPVs) government corporation that is formed to develop full infrastructure agro-processing industry parks. Key facilities and services include:

• On-site infrastructure development, including the rehabilitation, modernization, expansion, development and distribution of infrastructure and utilities, including gas, water, electricity, communication and roads.
• Provision of specialized agricultural output, infrastructure and services, including primary processing centres, storage facilities etc.
• Provision of general services, including warehousing, transport etc.
• Provision of support infrastructure (Water, electricity, road and waste treatment), social infrastructure (Crèche, nursery school, clinic, police station) and real estate services.
• One-stop shopping services (Bank, customs, insurance etc.)
• Liquid waste treatment plant and solid waste disposal.
• Park security services.
• Fire prevention and protective services.
• After care services.
